About

I am a Community Development Professional and current Executive Director of the South Central Illinois Regional Planning & Development Commission (SCIRPDC).

I have my BA in Political Science with a Pre-Law Minor, and a MA in Political Science with a concentration in Public Administration and Public Policy from Eastern Illinois University (EIU). With a strong academic foundation provided by EIU, I have been able to author multiple research articles, primarily focusing on public policy. My work is dedicated to fostering regional growth, strategic planning, and policy development to enhance communities and government structures.

I also currently serve on the Executive Board of the Illinois Association of Regional Councils, the Board of Directors of Morningsky Leadership Initiative, and as the Treasurer for the Native American International Caucus of the United Methodist Church.
